By purchasing a subscription to funnelgod.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website and any of our products.
Licensing
Each license can be used by one account only. You are not allowed to resell or share the license with others. Unauthorised reselling or sharing of template, framework, or worksheet or content will result in termination of your account and access to our products.
Warranty
Our templates are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of the specified platform. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins, or web browsers. We reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third-party plugins have been installed.
Template Support
Template Support is about helping you to install, configure, and tweak your theme, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we don’t offer support for a platform (Systeme.io, ClickFunnels, Etc.) itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme.
We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible.
We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.
Template Support is provided only via email at [email protected].
We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions in one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.
Template Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the templates up-to-date and work with the latest version of the platforms they are developed for. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for the latest funnel building platforms, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality.
Browser Compatibility
Our themes have been tested to work on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer 10 and above.
Refund Policy
Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable digital goods, we issue refunds on a case-by-case basis only. Refunds must be processed within 15 days of the purchase order. Our sales and support teams will try to solve your issues, and if you are not satisfied, then we will process a refund.
Price Changes
FunnelGod.io reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
